Features

Usage
- Drag the AnnouncementBanner onto your canvas.
- Set text, background color, and text color.
- Toggle the close button if you want dismissible behavior.
- Configure frequency (hrs) and delay (secs).
Best practices
- Keep content concise (1–2 lines, max 3).
- Pick high-contrast colors for readability.
- Use close button for non-critical notices; omit for critical alerts.
- Add a brief delay (1–2s) after page load before showing.
